PROBLEMS WITH A PROPERTY
OUR ATTORNEYS CAN ASSIST YOU!
Some insurance companies habitually deny claims—regardless of their legitimacy—and will only investigate a claim if the policyholder takes legal action.
Our attorneys understand that when a policyholder who has paid insurance submits a claim to their insurance company, they expect the company will act in good faith and honor the validity of the claim. However, many times the insurance company does not do what is right and honor the claim.
Our law firm will honestly assess your claim and ensure that you will be treated fairly when submitting an insurance claim.

CLAIMS AND DISPUTES
Our experience in property insurance disputes and other high-stakes litigation is a tremendous asset as you seek a fair settlement from an uncooperative residential insurer.
Our clients have included policyholders living in homes, condominiums, townhomes, and multi-family residences. We have handled claims following damage caused by tornadoes, hurricanes, hailstorms, windstorms, and other natural disasters. Our residential property insurance practice is focused on homes that have sustained substantial damage.
Attorney Property Claims has the experience and knowledge to succeed against insurers in bad faith matters, where insurers have unjustifiably denied or delayed a claim, or have misrepresented coverage. Further, our use of professional experts sets us apart from other insurance litigation firms. When we handle property insurance claims, we do not just take estimates provided by insurance adjusters. We hire contractors, adjusters and engineers who are able to conduct a thorough, independent evaluation—providing us with a detailed, comprehensive estimate on the damage to your residence. This allows us to seek the amount in claim compensation that will help you have a full recovery.

DENIED INSURANCE CLAIMS?
When denied, delayed or underpaid it can be a difficult event for a policyholder, but for an insurer, it is their daily business. A property insurance claim is a business negotiation, and policyholders must approach the adjustment and settlement of their property insurance claim as they would any other business transaction involving a large investment. Few homeowners understand that taking legal action regarding their insurance claim is an option.
When a commercial property loss occurs, a business owner’s first impulse is to do whatever necessary to mitigate the loss and resume operations as quickly as possible. But settling a denied, delayed or underpaid commercial property insurance claim is a complex business transaction, and business owners should treat it as such, using the diligence and professional assistance typically used when negotiating a critical business contract. Legal action regarding their insurance claim is an option.
PIPE INSURANCE CLAIMS
When we talk about water damage we know it's something no home owner wants to hear about.
It's one of the worse things can happen to a property because the damage is very innumerable and it's not easy to correct.
The repair costs add up, and the complications surrounding insurance claims can seem like a whole new language altogether.
When a pipe burst in a property, it should be covered by insurance policy, but most companies try to deny you the settlement
you deserve or try to offer you a lower payment. If that happens, you need to take actions to protect your rights immediately.
When pipe bursts, it’s due to a number of reasons, including: During winter time, pipes become frozen and rupture Water pressure build-up due to a blocked pipe or frozen pipe
Landslides, mudslides, or earth movement
If your home is damaged by a burst pipe, chances are you will be faced with a number of difficulties. Water damage can spread throughout your house, causing even further harm. If left untreated, your home might be damaged by:
Bacteria, mold, and health hazards
Water getting between your walls and floors
Hidden damage that can fester
Higher risk of other pipes bursting
